When you contact us through this website — the contact form, the booking page, or a WhatsApp or phone link — we collect what you provide directly: your name, phone number, and any message or appointment details you share. If your appointment is confirmed, we keep a record of it (name, phone number, date, time, and any notes) to run the clinic and avoid double-booking.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, general visit patterns, and technical details like device and approximate location (derived from IP address, not GPS). This is aggregate usage data, not tied to your name unless you separately contact us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Booking and enquiries often happen over WhatsApp. Messages sent that way are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since that conversation takes place on their platform, not ours.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run this website and the clinic's booking system: Google (analytics), Sanity (website content hosting), and Supabase (appointment record storage). None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request it be deleted — except where we're required to retain medical/appointment records for a reasonable period as standard clinical practice.
